INTRODUCTION

At Grief’s Light Outreach, every comfort box is packed with intention, prayer, and gentle care. Because these items are personal and often used in sensitive seasons of grief, returns are handled with extra thoughtfulness.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—comfort boxes, candles, devotionals, personalized items, and self-care items—we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email us with your order number, description, and a photo of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Processing Time

Standard: 3–5 business days. Bulk orders: 5–10 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided.

Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
