REFUND POLICY
Due to the immediate and direct access to the comfort boxes, digital devotionals, virtual event access, and downloadable resources provided through Grief’s Light Outreach, Inc., all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds for event registrations may be considered on a case-by-case basis if cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the event.
ONLINE COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Users engaging in our online community or social groups agree to maintain a spirit of kindness, compassion, and respect. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal or banning without refund. Shared reflections or posts should remain respectful and non-promotional. Please remember that online comments may be visible to others.
VIRTUAL EVENTS AND RECORDINGS
By registering for or attending a virtual or in-person event hosted by Grief’s Light Outreach, Inc., you consent to the event being recorded and used for educational or promotional purposes. You may opt out of being visible in recordings by disabling your camera or contacting us prior to the event.

Grief’s Light Outreach, Inc. provides faith-based encouragement and community support. We are not licensed counselors, therapists, or medical professionals. All guidance shared through our materials, gatherings, or online content is intended for spiritual and emotional encouragement only.
